Used 2019 Mazda CX-9 for Sale near Ontario

How much does the 2019 Mazda CX-9 cost?

Prices have softened 13.39% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 85 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers comparing options.

Is the 2019 Mazda CX-9 a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Mazda CX-9 earns a 4.62/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its performance, handling, and luxurious-feeling features at a competitive price, while also noting the practical appeal of its spacious interior and safety equipment. It fits well if you want a three-row SUV that feels more engaging to drive than many family-focused rivals, and the market still shows 30.6% of listings as good or great deals.

Is the 2019 Mazda CX-9 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.62/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback also highlights that the CX-9 feels dependable and trouble-free for many owners, especially when it comes to everyday use and family duties. That said, some shoppers mention the technology in lower trims as a weak point, so a used example is worth checking carefully for infotainment behaviour and overall condition before you commit. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the core driving experience and more about finding one that has been maintained well and still feels current inside.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Mazda CX-9?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 85 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.39% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $21,643 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Mazda CX-9's resale value?

The current average of $21,643 CAD sits slightly below last year's $24,990 CAD.

That price movement suggests the CX-9 has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. The current trend points to a market that rewards well-kept examples, especially those with desirable equipment and clean presentation. If you buy at the right price now, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.62/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Mazda CX-9 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.39% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.62/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the CX-9’s blend of style, driving enjoyment, and family-friendly practicality, the 2019 is a strong choice, especially now that prices have eased. If your priority is getting the lowest possible purchase price, you can also compare nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best condition and equipment for the money.
