How much does the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado cost?

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado earns a 4.71/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its performance, comfort, and style, and many appreciate the spacious interior and the extra power available from the V6 and ZR2 versions. If you want a midsize pickup that can handle real utility while still feeling more polished than many trucks in this class, the Colorado fits that use case well. With 25.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback also points to a truck that many drivers find dependable and trouble-free over time, with strong satisfaction around day-to-day ownership. That said, used buyers should still pay close attention to long-term ownership risk, especially if the truck has a history that suggests transmission concerns.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Chevrolet Colorado?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and focus on the right example rather than rushing.

• Deal availability: 25.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 113 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.60% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $26,954 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado's resale value?

The current average of $28,820 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,531 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can make the truck more attractive to buyers today but may also limit upside for a future seller if prices stay soft. If you buy well and keep the truck in strong condition, you may be better positioned to preserve value. Trim choice and overall condition will matter a lot when it comes time to resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 25.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.60% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is a good pick if you want a Colorado with strong owner approval, a softer price than a year ago, and enough inventory to compare examples carefully. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2019 remains the better choice when you want a balanced mix of value, satisfaction, and market availability.
