Used 2018 Honda Odyssey for Sale near Alberta

How much does the 2018 Honda Odyssey cost?

Prices have softened 11.48% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 214 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of choice if you want to compare condition, mileage, and equipment.

Is the 2018 Honda Odyssey a good car?

Yes — the 4.75/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its spaciousness, comfort, and family-friendly features, and many also highlight its reliability and modern design. For you, that makes it a strong fit if you want a practical family minivan with a more car-like driving feel and plenty of equipment. With 22.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Honda Odyssey reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to reliability as a recurring strength, with many drivers describing it as dependable and well suited to long-term family use. That said, some owners mention infotainment and airflow annoyances, so you should still pay close attention to how the vehicle has been maintained and whether any electrical or transmission concerns show up on a test drive. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is buying a neglected example rather than the model itself.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Honda Odyssey?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting deep bargain-bin pricing.

• Deal availability: 22.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 214 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.48% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $23,936 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Honda Odyssey's resale value?

The current average of $24,478 CAD sits slightly below last year's $27,651 CAD.

That decline suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy well now, you may have less downside risk than someone who purchased when prices were higher. Strong family-vehicle demand can help support values, especially for well-kept examples with desirable equipment and a clean history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Honda Odyssey or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 22.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.48% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a well-equipped family minivan with strong owner approval and a softer price than a year ago, the 2018 is a sensible target. If you are especially price-sensitive, you should also compare nearby model years and focus on the best-maintained example rather than the newest badge alone.
