Should I buy a 2018 Dodge Challenger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 22.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices are up 7.28% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2018 is a strong choice if you want the Challenger’s classic muscle-car personality, broad trim and engine variety, and a cabin that works well for everyday use. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth comparing, but the 2018 stands out when you want a well-liked, in-demand version with solid market support.
