Used 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC for Sale nearVancouver, BC

How much does the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC cost?

Prices have softened 9.04% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 71 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating suggests this model year lands well with shoppers who want a premium compact SUV with a polished image, improved rear-seat space, and a larger cargo area than the GLK. It was designed to prioritise on-road comfort and refinement rather than off-road ability, and its standard all-wheel drive in Canada adds everyday confidence. The relatively small but well-chosen model line-up also keeps the shopping process straightforward. With 26.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also points to a middling reliability reputation, so you should approach used examples with a careful inspection and a full service history. For long-term ownership, the main risk is buying a neglected example that could bring higher repair costs than a more mainstream SUV.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right example.

• Deal availability: 26.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 71 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.04% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $17,856 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC's resale value?

The current average of $17,856 CAD sits slightly below last year's $19,631 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy in at a more favourable level, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if the market stays soft. For a future seller, the current trend suggests you should focus on buying well and keeping the vehicle in strong condition so you can protect value later. A clean history and careful maintenance matter more when the market is already pricing the model below its prior-year level.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 26.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.04% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of value and a straightforward used-shopping experience, the 2016 is the primary year to focus on. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years as well, since a lower asking price could outweigh small differences in equipment or styling.
