Why it stands out
The 2016 Hyundai Tucson distinguishes itself with a refined design, spacious interior, and a reputation for reliability. Drivers appreciate its smooth ride and comfortable features such as cooled seats and a panoramic roof, setting it apart among compact SUVs. However, some users have raised concerns over safety issues and transmission problems, leading to a mixed perception of reliability. Despite these concerns, the Tucson's high value for money, generous features, and comprehensive safety equipment make it appealing to buyers looking for an affordable and well-rounded vehicle.

I really liked this vehicle when I took it for a test drive. The interior was clean, the original owner's manual was available, and it drove very smoothly. I wasn't able to test it at highway speeds because I was in a School Zone. I definitely would have bought it, but I couldn't justify the need for it. Some lucky person will snatch it up, I'm sure.

Worst car Ive ever owned. 3 out of 4 doors stopped working (couldnt open or close them), leaks oil, transmission overheats when backing up an incline slowly, AC died after 80K km, Im just waiting for the transmission to fail as that is a well know problem and car jerks or doesnt move upon initial acceleration. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Consumer Reports gives reliability as 1 out of 10 (likely only because you cant give zero)

This car does have good value and I would probably compare it to the Nissan rogue and Toyota rav 4

I think this car is a very good for its price, the interior is so good. Only issue so far, is that the fuel consumption is quite high.
