We loved our Elantra! Great ride, great on gas and it was put to the ULTIMATE TEST when during a downpour a tractor trailer flew by and swerved into our lane causing us to hydroplane across 3 lanes then down an embankment where we flipped on our side and finally came to a stop when we hit a tree line. Climbed out the top through the passenger window and walked away with only a few bumps and bruises. The rescuers, police and tow truck guys all said wow, that car saved your lives!

I love the Hyndai Elantra. It is a very solid, good steering, roomy, reliable and sporty looking vehicle. I believe it is comparable to a Honda Civic or Chevy Cruze.

I bought the 2016 GL model late 2015 I have been very impressed - a wider body than the Ford Focus i owned, great features, cruise even with a Manual, AC electric windows and locks, blutooth, very comfortable and smooth quiet engine. very sharp looking and excellent mileage. my vehicle now has 170,000 kms and runs like new, no issues mechanically at all just oil changes and filters and brakes which I did myself - parts very easy to obtain online line rotors etc.

Very comfortable and reliable vehicle, great miles x gal, good price, the only defect so far is that , doesnt come with spare tire, or jack,
