Should I buy a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 27.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.62% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 is a sensible choice if you want a well-liked used hatchback and you find one priced near the lower end of the market. If you're more price-sensitive, keep an eye on nearby model years and compare condition, mileage, and asking price closely before deciding.
