This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 25.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 109 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.23% compared with last year.

The current average of $11,630 CAD sits slightly below last year's $14,222 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price, you reduce the risk of taking a bigger depreciation hit later. The Murano’s comfort-first appeal and strong owner satisfaction should help keep demand steady among shoppers who want a well-equipped midsize SUV.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.44/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 25.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.23% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.44/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the third-generation Murano’s more upscale styling, comfort-focused ride, and strong owner approval, the 2015 is the right year to target. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year with a lower asking price may be worth considering, but the 2015 remains the better all-around pick when you can find one priced near the lower end of the market.
