This car is amazing. Big fan of the blind spot monitoring. But honestly we all know what features we are looking for in a car. I’m the second owner of mine. I bought it with 27k miles in it. I now have 260k miles. My only knock on the car is getting it into maintenance mode to do a break job. It’s not hard, just never had to before so it was a pain not knowing I had to. Also I hadn’t turned off sync vehicles report. It too was easy. Just never could timber to until it was going off while I was driving down the road. Just a little annoying. Other then that I have never had to repair anything that was broken other then regular maintenance. Changing brakes, batteries (200k miles on the first one) oil changes, tires and wipers. Trunk has plenty of room for most things I have remodels my entire house not owning a truck. I have also pulled a boat with it several times back and forth to the lake no problem.

I like the roominess of the Ford Edge. The only other vehicle that gives me the roomy feeling is the Suberu Forester.

How much does the 2015 Ford Edge cost?
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Current Average Price | $11,994 CAD |
| Year-Round Low | $11,994 CAD |
| Year-Round High | $14,796 CAD |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $14,472 CAD |
| Change vs. Last Year | −17.12% |
Prices have softened 17.12% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.
There are 139 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.
Is the 2015 Ford Edge a good car?
Yes — the 2015 Ford Edge earns a 4.57/5 user rating, which points to strong overall satisfaction. Drivers commonly praise its roominess, comfort, and value for money, and many also like the driving experience and features such as blind spot monitoring. The market also shows 26.6% of listings as good or great deals, which adds to the appeal if you are shopping carefully.
Is the 2015 Ford Edge reliable?
Owners rate it 4.57/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.
The user feedback also points to a vehicle that many owners find dependable and worth keeping for the long haul, especially when it comes to everyday comfort and usability. That said, some owners have reported significant engine issues, so used buyers should pay close attention to service history and ownership records before committing.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Ford Edge?
This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers, so you have room to shop, but the best examples may still move quickly.
- Deal availability: 26.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 139 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 17.12% compared with last year.
If you find a listing below $11,994 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2015 Ford Edge's resale value?
The current average of $11,994 CAD sits slightly below last year's $14,472 CAD.
That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the vehicle more attractive to buyers now but may limit upside for a future seller. If you buy at the current average, your resale position will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history. Stronger examples should hold up better than neglected ones, especially if they have the features and comfort that shoppers tend to value.
Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.57/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Should I buy a 2015 Ford Edge or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2015 if:
- 26.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 17.12% compared with last year.
- Owners rate it 4.57/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
The bottom line: The 2015 Ford Edge makes sense if you want a well-liked used SUV with solid value and enough inventory to compare options. If you are price-sensitive, the current market softness gives you a good chance to find a deal, but you should be selective and prioritise maintenance history, especially given the reports of engine issues.
