Is the 2015 Lexus RX a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Lexus RX earns a 4.7/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. That fits the RX’s role as a premium SUV for you if you want a calm, comfortable, and easy-to-live-with vehicle rather than something sporty. The review summary repeatedly points to reliability, and it also frames the RX as a vehicle people trust for dependable, trouble-free ownership over time. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about outright durability and more about finding a well-kept example with a clean maintenance history.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Lexus RX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and focus on the best examples.

What is the 2015 Lexus RX's resale value?

The current average of $22,341 CAD sits slightly below last year's $22,519 CAD.

That small decline suggests the RX has been holding value fairly well, even in a used market where prices can move around. For a future seller, that kind of stability is helpful because it points to steady buyer interest rather than sharp depreciation. The RX’s reputation for comfort and dependable ownership should continue to support demand when you decide to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Lexus RX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a comfortable, well-regarded luxury SUV with stable pricing and strong owner approval, the 2015 RX is the sensible choice. If you’re more price-sensitive, it’s also worth comparing nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2015’s strong satisfaction and steady market position.
