Is the 2015 Honda Pilot a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Honda Pilot earns a 4.83/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners repeatedly highlight the spacious interior, smooth ride, and family-friendly practicality, and the Pilot’s roomy cabin and versatile seating make it a strong fit if you need a three-row SUV for everyday duties. Owners rate it 4.83/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many drivers, with praise centred on the Pilot’s practical design and everyday usefulness. Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Honda Pilot?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 106 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.84% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $12,320 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Honda Pilot's resale value?

The current average of $14,050 CAD sits slightly below last year's $16,498 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become more buyer-friendly, which can make future resale a little more competitive for sellers. If you buy at the right price now, you may have less downside risk than someone who paid closer to the previous average. The Pilot’s practical appeal and family-focused layout should still help support demand when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.83/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Honda Pilot or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.84% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.83/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2015 if you want a roomy, practical three-row SUV and you can find one priced near the lower end of the market. If you are especially price-sensitive, nearby model years may still be worth comparing, but the 2015 stands out as a sensible choice when condition, mileage, and service history line up well.
