03 altima

My car runs and drive fine with no problems,
but when I plug in the check engine scanner,
it say I have a few codes, but the light on the
dash don't light up wat does that mean?

Not all codes cause a CEL. Some codes aren't even stored and have to be viewed during operation.

Need to know what the codes are, either the check engine light is burned out, or the codes have ben fixed, but not cleared from the computer.

I have a 2003 nissan Altima my car will not turn on until I get a boost but then there is smoke coming out of the engine but then the car dies and it will not turn on
