I have a nissan altima 03 and it does a bizarre noise coming from the engine... its like if metal just rumbles but theres nothing we see moving when looking at it... is anybody had the same problem ?

Is it coming from the engine,or just the front of the car? I had a rumbling,grinding noise coming from the front of my maxima,and was told it was my wheel bearings.It ended up being my strut bearings.They are located on top of your strut mounts.
