How do I open the cap to inspect water level of
a2013 Dodge Grand caravan battery?

Most batteries these days are sealed, yours looks like a sealed battery.

It is not sealed. You can carefully pry from both ends to check water levels..Work with eye protection and gloves Rember adding water will lower battery until to is completely recharged .
