Car Get hot when traveling then it goes to normal on gauge. Has new radiator, water pump, thermostat yet it gets hot, what could it be?

Van is getting hot, does not lose water, just installed a new radiator, water
pump, thermostat yet when traveling it gets hot then at certain speed (70
MPH) it goes to normal and as I slow down it gets hot. What could it be?

May need to bleed air, even if you've done that already. You can also test the temp sensor for operation.

How do you bleed the air? Now, could it be the water hoses?
