power window drops half inch when i open door but won't go up when i close door

Roll the windows up with the switch,but hold the switch in the up position for 5 seconds. It will then reset. Easy peasy!

it worked thank you Eric from Las Vegas, second question door closes window goes up but If out side the car, walk up to it try open the door I hear the door activate but door doesn't open,, also from the inside getting out I push the button door won't open window goes down but door doesn't open passenger door works fine inside and out, I accidentally hit the horn alarm When fixing the glove compartment lock, when this happened and since then the drivers door now has a problem getting and getting out any answers to help me

When I go from park to reverse the passenger window goes down. I can't get it to go back up. What would be causing the window to go down like that?
