door worked several times during the day and came home and it won't open, inside and ouside handles work but door is solid shut

probably the lach inside the door. nothing to serious

When you cycle the power door locks can you hear the latch working?

yes you can hear it and in side and outside handle feel like they are working but door will not budge...

Hmm, does sound like something broken inside the door, trick will be to get it open so you can remove the door panel to inspect it; might be able to use the wire hanger "trick"...
