But do you have fuel into the cylinders? Pull a spark plug after cranking and see if its wet. If its wet is it flammable? Water will sit in the bottom of a fuel tank

Then check your ground strap between the engine and the frame.

Ok to be clearer about this, because I'm ready to blow it sky high.... I was stupid and forgot the key in the on position over night. So I had to charge the battery, while I was doing that I changed the clamps on both positive and negative cables. It didn't start but was turning over, I tried for 2 days. Charged the battery again and day 3 it started but died instantly. Then the next 3 times started right up but unsure I killed it and gave ten minutes and it's never started again. Check engine light is on even while I try to start and I also have no RPM's . I have power to the coil pack primary and secondary but not to plugs. So I've replaced the coil pack. Also having no RPMs, I've replaced the crankshaft sensor. No change. So I bought a OBD#1 READER and codes 113-118-122- 352. And then 111all clear code. Somebody please save this truck from the scrapyard. Anything to help me out with this will be helpful. PLEASE HELP

Pull the ecu and open it up, it's common for blown capacitors on your vintage of explorer. You have codes for the iat, ect, tps but im not sure what 352 is. It's not in my ford obd code list or anything solid online either.
