Sounds like there is something in the ignition switch area not connected. Was all the put back together o.k.?

    My 2002 XLT explorer slow starts, clicks at first, when gas is pumped tries to start. Sometimes it does, sometimes it won't. Battery is charged, terminals are clean. Any ideas what it could be?
