Engine acts as if it is not getting enough gas. Fuel Filter replaced; fuel pumps test okay. Is this an electrical problems? If so, how do I fix it? Thank you.

Please elaborate. What precisely makes you think it's not getting enough fuel? Give me more symptoms.....no power on acceleration? cuts out, stalls? Please come on back with that and maybe I can help
