What owners say
"Overall, owners find the 2013 Mercedes-Benz C-Class to be a solid and enjoyable car, often highlighting its performance, smooth ride, and high-quality features. Many appreciate the premium sound system and safety elements, though some express concerns about the lack of rear legroom and trunk space. While drivers are mostly satisfied, a few mention the high repair costs and potential mechanical issues, which can be a drawback for some."
For the year (2013) the features met my expectations. I’m hoping I can get a few things added but I’m enjoying the car for all it does offer. I’m missing heated seats, and the back up camera upgrades, navigation needs an upgrade as well but again for the year, the car is great.
January 26, 2025Very nice car, expensive repairs, high mileage, nice interior, fun to drive
April 29, 2025I recently purchased a used C250 Sport a few weeks ago and I have to admit that my expectations for the car was relatively low considering it was not an E, S, or ML. This car came with the premium 1 package and the lighting technology package. The premium 1 package comes with the Harmon Kardon 7.1 surround sound, which honestly is the best sound that I have heard come from a car before and I am an avid Bose consumer. The lighting package comes with the adaptive HID headlights and adaptive high beam technology that reacts to oncoming traffic and dims accordingly. Whats more is that I read some of the reviews people gave the car and saw that people were disappointed with performance and the fact that there was lack of leg room in the rear. To begin, this is in no way a BMW 335i or M3. Mercedes has always considered luxury over sport and adds the sport package for those who want a spirited drive, not a drifting at the intersections drive. The power and transmission are geared for a more economical drive to conserve fuel and utilize torque over horsepower, this is noted by the fact that the car always starts in economy mode. In addition, the leg room is decent and I am 510. While it is not the most spacious, it is also not an E-class which according to the side-by-side comparison on edmunds, com only adds 2, yes 2 whole inches to the rear leg room. Not enough to spend an added 5-6K. Overall, the car is what you would expect from a compact 4-door with great fuel economy, I average 33-35MPG at 75mph, while using cruise control and 20-25 in city driving, depending on traffic. This car is what you could expect for a 25-30K compact in its class and if you are expecting a sporty drive with gearing and power specifically for pulling on the driver next to you, then you should consider a BMW 3-series or Infinity G37.

April 23, 2023Best car I have ever driven. I would never drive anything else. Its sporty, handles the road well on curves and it gave me a new level of driving confidence and experience. I previously drove BNW and Audi.
March 3, 2024I like the looks and handling, the seats and the mileage. No negatives for me. Build quality is excellent. It;s a Mercedes! I have been driving them for 35 years. Nothing else compares. Best is knowing how safe the car is compared to the competition.
November 4, 2015I really like the mercedes benz 300c four matic it is a great family car with a touch of sports added. My wife love to drive it too witch makes it better for me because if she isnt happy nobody is.
January 16, 2015I love all the technology this car has to offer. I don't drive it too hard and the car responds with mileage comparable to a Escort that I used to drive. The car has a very classy look to it. It drives great.
August 6, 2014Great car with lots of safety features. The car rides smoothly.
February 19, 2022Happy I bought the car but am disappointed in my dealership's service department. The car handles beautifully. Has great acceleration and the fuel economy is a bonus. I bought mine loaded and in my opinion is the only way to go.
January 30, 2014Just not roomy enough - could use a larger trunk and more legroom in front cabin. For the price I paid would of expected to have leather interior. Great pickup for a 4 cylinder. Nice looking lines. Overall great car - can't complain - it's a Mercedes.
