Clean CUV with good features and decent gas mileage especially since it uses Flex fuel. Mileage is a little bit high but this V6 is known to last with good maintenance
December 14, 2025Since I am only averaging somewhere around 5-6,000 mile a year and only have 29,000 miles on the SUV now, it should and can get me to the day I give up driving altogether. ( I hope). The automobile is so easy to drive with great road handling and it is very comfortable. It also has all the bells and whistles that you could ever want, with cargo space galore, 17" tires and it is a beautiful car to look at. What more can I say. I love the car.
January 16, 2015The Escape with the 3L v. 6 Duratec engine is a beast - with regular maintenance (oil changes, automatic transmission fluid changes, etc.) it will easily make it to 250K miles.

June 23, 2021Handled well in the winter. Great MPG. Lots of room. Good for kids and pets. Moon roof was awesome. The Sync system was more interactive than OnStar. XM radio was a super bonus. Highly recommend to anyone considering themselves a road warrior.
April 28, 2014I loved the room for the grandkids and fuel economy:-) It was easy on fuel for my trips to my jobs and looked great! A good value for anyone looking for a family vehicle that doesn't look like a mini van!
June 18, 2014Its a good suv, holds a lot, cargo space is fantastic, size is just right not a mini or too big. Ive owned 3 escapes.
September 29, 2022It has its issues, but will run forever. I suspect that my next one will make it to 250k or more.
