This escape has not only saved me money in fuel mileage it is fun to drive. I have no doubt this smaller version of the Explorer will be the car for me from here on out. It handles great, is comfortable to ride in and the fuel economy makes it an all around great automobile. I would recommend this car to any new car owner as well as someone looking for a smaller SUV type.Apr 07, 2015

very nice vehicle. city mileage okay (16mpg) great highway mileage (27 mpg) at best averaging around 21-22 mpg. handles better than most cars. really tight turning radius. decent acceleration and decent brakes. vehicle has 204,000 miles and still running strong. auto 4WD is nice but after driving most of its life on gravel 4WD trys to kick in at random times just a small annoyance thoughDec 16, 2011

I love my truck. It's had coil pack problems but for a car with 140k+ miles on it, that's not bad at all. Just tried out my 4wd in the recent snow, and love it! I would buy this car over and over and over again.Dec 14, 2009
