What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 1995 Ford Mustang are passionate about their cars, appreciating their performance, power, and distinctive styling. Many drivers favored the V8 models for their impressive acceleration and sound, while the V6 models were recognized for good gas mileage and decent power. However, some owners expressed frustration with gas consumption and the lack of backseat space. There's a common love for the Mustang's sporty look and driving experience, although concerns were raised about mechanical reliability and some interior aspects."
I am currently driving this car and i have to say its my favourite so far.. i grew up with Fords and I just always loved Mustangs theyre my favourite car and ive never been so happy to own one
January 13, 2012Got the v6 b/c the GT didn't provide that much better performance for the upcharge in price. Decided to use the money elsewhere (cobra spoiler, side exhaust, 17" cobra rims & 255/45 all around, white guages, K&N filter, side scoops & louvers, and paint black mirrors to match car). I had a lot of fun with my v6 5-speed. Having had 86SVO, 87LX5.0, & 88GTConvt previously, I enjoyed the antilock disk brakes and the lack of the monster v8 infront during hard cornering, but I missed the raw power. Thankfully the 3.8l blew it's headgasket right on cue @ 75K miles. Such a problem that ford started to cover this under "warranty" if pressed. I chose to take this oppertunity to modify the engine affordably. I thought about 5.0 swaps but didn't want the weight out front again. I had the uper and lower intakes cleaned & polished, a minor valve job, upgraded head gaskets, bigger feul injectors, fuel pump, and a performance computer chip. Added to this was a 3.55 rear and trac-loc from a junked v8. I knew my mechanic had done well when I showed-up and he offered to buy the car from me. This thing was FAST, really fast! And cornered impressivle for a car 5yrs old w/ +75K originally costing less than $16K. This was a great car as long as you understood that driving hard can cause problems and cost money. I was sad to see it go. This mustang turned out to be the best bang for the buck of any I had, which says something starting with less and using aftermarket to finish up YOUR Mustang.
August 27, 2009The 1995 Ford Mustang is an incredibly made car. It was the last Mustang GT made with a 5.0 Engine and for my taste, the last beautiful mustang made. This is one of the funnest rides i have ever driven as it doesn't have any type of assists and is pure energy.

June 30, 2009-Performance: the acceleration is ok when you get past about 20mph the car becomes pritty quick with a 3.8L motor, braking is good, with the low-pros it hugs the curves vary well -build Quality: since i have owned it i have only put in new rear shocks and the usual ball joints. -appearance: the pain is a beautiful red, nice and shiny! and you can tell by just looking at the pic. On the inside i painted the trim and center consol red insted of being all black and it really made it look good. -Cost of ownership: the gas mailage is pritty good to me considering the gas hog i had befor was a 351 windsor bronco with 12-13 MPG. i think im getting aroung 20MPG witht he stang. the only maintenance is the oil changes, washing the car, and recharging the K&N air filter -Fun factor: Vary fun! looks and drive awsome!
March 17, 2009Well its not the greatest mustang but its good, the acc. is decent, needs a new clutch, the handling is great has 185 tires in the back and 175 in front, cold air intake 70 mm throtle body trick flow intake, headers the body is decent, has some scratches on it interior is decent, and this car is just plain fun to drive around...
December 22, 2008I love my Pony! I have wanted one since I knew what a Mustang was. I finally got mine a little over 2 years ago. My hubby is not a big Ford fan, or should I say he wasn't. He loves it too. He always wants to drive it. My daughter is 7 years old and she always wants to take mommy's car when we go somewhere. Not the best on gas, but I love it. It seems to draw attention, people are always trying to race me when I go to town, but I am not dogging out my car for anyone! I know what it is capable of and that is all that matters....wouldn't want to hurt their ego by dusting them now would I? My hubby has added several things to my car to "boost" the power. I think it is cool you can do so much to it too give it more of a boost. I never liked standard vehicles, I always preferred automatic, but I love this one! I sure learned to drive it fast.
January 6, 2007I LOVE LOVE LOVE this car. It has killer looks, performance is good for the age, handling leaves something to be desired but she runs strong. Wish it was a little faster, but there is definite torque from the 5.0L and the exhaust note is KILLER once you open it up a bit! *wink wink* Gas mileage is decent, I average about 24 highway and city is about 16. The car is hot. It gets compliments EVERYWHERE it goes. Would I recommend it? YES! With modifications, it could be one of the funnest cars you've ever driven.
July 29, 2008i took a 95 mustang gt with a 5.0 liter motor and added a vortech supercharger to it with a flowmaster exhaust and many more. inside i did my bucket seats two tone black and tan to match the dashboard. i have a flip out monitor in my dash with two 7 inch monitors in my headrest. custom trunk layout to fit my two 12 inch explode and a 1800 watt legacy amp. i placed some custom 18 inch wheels on the car wrapped in perelli's. i have a backup camera in my rear bumper and i also have back up sensors on my trunk lid so when i reverse. custom tint, smoke cobra tailights, clear front and corner lenses, neons through out my car and out, custom m3 side mirrors with led turn signals, rear spoiler and nice paint job
January 13, 2008Was a good car to start with then the engine and transmission went out so I replaced them with the v8 out of my old mach 1. after that it was great until the transmission went out and then i sold it.. still sad about that. was a fun car, looked great, never had to do anything other than change engine and tranny but all in all i loved the car
December 29, 2011My '95 Mustang performs impecibly in all areas, it has minor repairs, (minor rust, paint trade marks on rear bumper) interior and exterior are both extremely beautiful to see, well maintained, no visible leaks anywhere! it has a 5.0L HO EFI, getting anywhere from 21-26 MPG! It can get you where you want to very fast! It also has a 5 speed manual transmission!
