the interior is a black leather of good quality
the acceleration impressive result
with a full tank of gas I do 450 km approximately

What VW Missed on in earlier models they revised and fixed in this model, The VR6 engine helped this chassis tremendously! Handling was much better as well through these model years, Excellent platform for anything from daily commutes to auto-x and track time. Nov 17, 2011

one of best acceleraters where u feel every horsepower,handeling was nice except the rear somtimes goes out of handle causeof weight distribution.a bit pricy in cost of owenrship since a huge engine set in so small body.Great experince wd it in my lifeJan 06, 2010

The Gti is a well build car. It never let me down, even though it was freazing outside! I had only one oil change and drove about 20.000 miles with it in one year and like i said it never let me down. Dec 09, 2009

it is fine car. and good looking. it dont need repairs so much.. only if you crach it. its quite cheep to ceep... wont drink much gas. it is fun to drive on small roads course of its handling.. its nice car :DAug 02, 2009

I have been a VW fan for some time now. They've been built to run hard. They're reasonably priced and parts are reliable. This thing is so fun to drive as it has plenty of room inside, and it's small enough outside to jump between other cars when you're on the GO!Dec 11, 2008

Bombproof, solid steady boring german safe average midrange unexciting relaible plain normal regular lite diet decaf low fat median unremarkable efficient uninspiring dependable always there always starts workhorse cant think of another fifty words to desscribe this depandable yet uninspiring and simply indestructable german tank of a car not a true GTI but its my 2nd and I would get another.Aug 02, 2008
