Like the majority of pre-2000 Vauxhalls, the Chavalier (not a spelling mistake) was unreliable from cold and even when warm, the sunroof leaked, the auto choke never worked, gear box was notchy and could never get over 80 without thinking the whole thing will fall apart.Jan 25, 2008
