1990 Land Rover Defender Reviews, Pricing & Specs

It's a Landy - I need say no more ! A 1990 CSW with 750SAT tyres, dropped in a 200TDi engine ini place of the old 2.5Diesel Turbo and what an improvement ! Interior is tidy for it's age and the tyres on the oversize rims (picked up for a song on ebay) give it some awesome grip in very sticky situations. It also tows like an elephant....Sep 30, 2008

Performance? it's a V8 so goes quickly [ for an old Landy ] but it takes quite a bit to stop it as the owner of a 3 series beamer found out when he cut in front of me on the motorway... Appearance? come on it's an old army landy of course it looks great!? Cost of ownership? did i say V8 :( Fun Factor? the best!!Jul 23, 2008
