Parts for the engine are very hard to find, have to get them from Germany. Long wait to get them and cost is high. All the body parts are available state side. Trans parts a now available state side also. Jun 25, 2012

an amazing car overall mine was a more luxerious like casette player duel exhaust the performance is ok it accels a little slow but the carb is bad and it needs new tirers... it only costs me about 1000 dollars but already owned it a few months and almost put two hundred into it. gas mileage is good for the age of the car and sitting for thirteen yrs.Mar 23, 2011

I found this Mustang II several years ago. It was sitting in someones garage since sometime in 1979. It has 40k original miles indicated on the odometer. The engine failed early and no one decided to repair it. I have just started to repair the vehicle to bring it back to life. How often do you find a unrestored car with plates and tags on it that expired 30 years ago!Jul 02, 2010

Everything on the mustang is down sized. The point was to make it more fuel efficient. The 140 CID has only 88 horsepower and 80 ft/lb torque. The downsized body, in my opinion is a good thing. Lighter, and easy to handle. THe interior is a bit cramped in the back, but the front is spectacular. With a nice paint job and nice rims, the car is a show stopper.Nov 13, 2009

famous because was Farraj Fawcet's car in Charlie's Angels, builted especially for rallys, this '74 called "little jewel" came just in for the right time for the ford company, only have 4cc engine but can hold like a 6cc , and expanded an air condittioner for it's utilityOct 08, 2009

La versión Mexicana es motor 302-V8 y gasta que es una gasolina shulada. El que aparece en la foto no es pero no importa, imaginate el carro de Farrah Fawcett en Los Angeles de Charlie... solo que en diferente colorAug 20, 2009

Overall, this was the second best old car I owned. This was really special as I remember the day my Dad brought it home from the dealership. And the day he dropped it off at my house when he gave it to me. I loved the factory paint, some weird two tone blue that in daylight was blue but seamed to change color with distance and angle. My dad painted it HIS favorite color Maroon.. I HATE that color.. right before he gave it to me, oh well makes little diffrence as it's gone now.Jan 16, 2009

I also own a 74 Mustang II Hatchback. My first car. It's a 4 cylinder, so it's great on gas. Lots of space, and hatchback is really convenient for transporting large items. Was going to sell it, but it's been hard to part with! Nov 22, 2007
