Used this car on my wedding day, then 35 years LATER we used this same car for our daughters wedding day ,thats what they wanted ,a special day for all. Each time I drive my chevelle it's like going back in time, gress it keeping me young. I purchased this chevelle ss from a used car lot in 1974 ,payed 2,100 dollars for it, was driving by in my 1962 2 door nova witch had a small block in it. first thing that caught my eye was that color ,Sep 29, 2013

This is a 19069 chevy chevelle. I built this car for the drag strip. It has a 461 bbc with approx 800hp. It runs 9.80 in 1/4 and pulls the front wheels a foot off the ground. Its a blast to drive.Oct 23, 2010

This started out as a project car that just became too large. The engine was a sweet little 350 small block that had the heart of a big block. Always enjoyed taking people from the line when they weren't expecting it. Was a lot of fun until it wasn't anymore.Sep 06, 2010

With the 375 horse 396 she would have jumped off the line 'cept the tires kept spinnen' out. I never ran anything bigger than stock. the 4 speed muncie shifted sweet as long as I kept the linkage fresh. Don't miss a 2-3 speed shift or you will buy a clutch! ( I missed twice, it's imbarrasing ) she handled like a grandma's car, steering was responsive, but dug hard around corners. I once cruised Salt Lake to Los Angeles pushing 115 all the way. I made it in 7.5 hours and it cost me a lifter and push rod.Oct 10, 2009

This car is a great summer cruiser. 305 may be small, but with 355 gears keeps the motor from screaming at highway speeds, and fun as hell off the line grabbing at the gears. Everyone should own at least one classic stick shift muscle carSep 11, 2009

Sexiest Car I have ever seen. High Performance car. Great Acceleration and speed. Handling is a bit iffy, but you get used to it. I find this car to costs for maintanance are high, but its also worth it. Leather interior with old school dashboard with built in stereo system. Extremely fun car to drive. Aug 16, 2008
