Reviewed a 2025 Lexus NX Hybrid on Dec 18, 2025
After driving Audi Q5, the feel of Lexus Nx is a “tight” car with small seats. Test drove its base model and that did not even have a compass. Anticipated reliability is what compelling buyers towards Lexus. Otherwise the German and American competitors would reign supreme. Many used NXh are priced at a premium. Acura RDX is seen as a notch below and does not even have hybrid models.

How much does the 2025 Lexus NX Hybrid cost?
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Current Average Price | $57,175 CAD |
| Year-Round Low | $56,742 CAD |
| Year-Round High | $63,846 CAD |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $62,324 CAD |
| Change vs. Last Year | −8.26% |
Prices have softened 8.26% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.
There are 112 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.
Is the 2025 Lexus NX Hybrid a good car?
The 2025 Lexus NX Hybrid looks like a measured choice if you want a premium hybrid SUV and are comfortable with a modest user score of 3/5. That rating suggests you should shop carefully and focus on the specific listing’s condition, equipment, and price relative to the market. The current market also shows 30.4% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to find a stronger-value example.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Lexus NX Hybrid?
This looks like a selective buyer’s market, especially if you are willing to compare listings closely and move quickly on well-priced examples.
- Deal availability: 30.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 112 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 8.26% compared with last year.
If you find a listing below $56,742 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2025 Lexus NX Hybrid's resale value?
The current average of $57,175 CAD sits slightly below last year's $62,324 CAD.
That softer pricing can help you buy with less risk of overpaying today, but it also means future resale value may depend heavily on how well you bought the vehicle in the first place. If you pay near the low end of the range, you give yourself a better cushion when it comes time to sell. If you pay near the top of the range, your room for depreciation is narrower.
Should I buy a 2025 Lexus NX Hybrid or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2025 if:
- 30.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 8.26% compared with last year.
Consider the 2026 if:
- It prioritises efficiency and refinement over sporty performance.
The bottom line: The 2025 makes sense if you want to take advantage of softer pricing and a decent share of deal listings. If you are more focused on the newest version and can stretch for it, the 2026 is the better path; if you are price-sensitive, the 2025 is the one to watch closely for a well-bought example.
