Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Lexus NX Hybrid?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently without assuming every listing is a bargain.

• Deal availability: 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 82 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.34% compared with last year.

What is the 2023 Lexus NX Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $49,644 CAD sits slightly below last year's $53,005 CAD.

That tells you the market has eased, which can make the vehicle more attractive to buyers today but may also limit how much upside a future seller can expect in the near term. If you buy at the right price, you may have a better chance of preserving value later because you’re starting from a softer market baseline. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Lexus NX Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.34% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better pick if you want a model year with strong owner approval and a market that has softened enough to create some negotiating room. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a different year may be worth considering, especially if you can find a lower-priced example with similar equipment and condition.
