This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find a solid example.

• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.88% compared with last year.

What is the 2024 Lexus NX Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $48,773 CAD sits slightly below last year's $55,347 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle, but it also means future resale will depend on how well the market holds up from here. If prices stabilise, today’s lower entry point could leave you with less depreciation pressure than buyers faced a year ago. Strong demand for well-kept hybrids can also help support values when you decide to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Lexus NX Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.88% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better pick if you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction and current market softness. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year may be worth a look, but the 2024 gives you a compelling balance of value and confidence right now.
