Should I buy a 2023 Lexus NX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $42,130 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $44,525 CAD average.
• The redesign brings a more modern look and a stronger technology focus.

The bottom line: Choose the 2023 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price stability, deal availability, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the better secondary path because it undercuts the current-year average while still delivering the NX’s redesigned appeal.
