Generally — 4/5 is a solid user rating for this model year. The 2024 Lexus NX combines distinctive styling, a more minimalist cabin with a large touchscreen display, and a broad range of powertrains in a compact luxury SUV package. It also keeps the brand’s emphasis on efficiency and refinement, while still delivering the upscale feel you expect from a Lexus. That said, it is not the most rewarding drive in the segment or the most practical, and some desirable equipment still sits in option packs. This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 27.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 222 listings available.

What is the 2024 Lexus NX's resale value?

The current average of $47,344 CAD sits slightly below last year's $53,130 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make the NX more attractive to buyers today but may also limit upside for a future seller if prices stay soft. Even so, the model’s premium positioning and dependable reputation help support demand. If you buy well now, you may still have a solid path to resale later.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Lexus NX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 27.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.89% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2024 Lexus NX is the better pick if you want the current-year mix of styling, refinement, and a softer used-market price. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth a look, but the 2024 gives you a strong balance of value and appeal right now.
