2014 Bentley Continental GT, Driver Side window won't go all the way up, it stops about 1/4 the way up, but it will go all the way down. Is this a regulator issue or motor?

I did not use Jack Mode, I used a floor jack and mistaked the oil pan for the frame. Now all oil leaked out the crack i caused and car air suspention is all the way to the ground. Help
