Driver window, Motor or regulator issue?

2014 Bentley Continental GT, Driver Side window won't go all the way up, it
stops about 1/4 the way up, but it will go all the way down. Is this a regulator
issue or motor?

If the window goes up or down and you hear the motor working, I would say its the regulator.

My experience says your window motor is getting old and weak. It has enough electrical power to lower the window but does not have the power to get it back up. Common problem. Get a new motor.
