Many drivers enjoy its smooth ride, impressive safety features, and cargo space, making it a favorite for families and outdoor enthusiasts. love my car so far, very smooth driving and the bluetooth is a nice feature as well as the heated seats, my model doesn’t have the sunroof which is a bummer but overall the vehicle is a beaut. very spacious for me and my dogs when we travel in the car for extended periods of time; and ample trunk space for anything we may pick up on the way.

Tranny problem, I took it for a test drive when driving at highway speed 100km and accelerating to pass transmission would go into neutral or not downshift into the correct gear.

Call me biased, but I don’t see why everyone doesn’t go for this car. Meets all my needs and it’s reliable, relatively affordable, and sleek looking, what more could I want

Why it stands out
The 2019 Subaru Outback stands out as a practical, roomy wagon-shaped crossover with standard all-wheel drive and a reputation for all-weather capability. It is part of the fifth generation, which brought a more aerodynamic look, a crossover designation, and a quieter, more refined driving experience than earlier versions. Buyers also get a vehicle that is known for comfort and space, with a little more back seat room than before, making it appealing for families and anyone who values everyday usefulness.
For 2019, the Outback’s safety equipment became a major strength because the entire EyeSight suite was standard across the lineup. That suite included adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and lane-departure warning, and the model also offered blind-spot monitoring, lane-change assist, and rear cross-traffic alert. The 2019 model year also marked the point when the whole suite, including adaptive cruise control, was standard, which makes this Outback especially attractive to shoppers who want a well-equipped used vehicle without moving up to a larger or more expensive SUV.
There are trade-offs, though. The CVT can feel droning and listless on the highway, and it still does not return the greatest fuel economy. The Outback also tends to require more maintenance than some rivals, and its AWD layout adds components that can wear out over time. Even so, the 2019 Subaru Outback remains a strong choice for buyers who want a capable, comfortable, and safety-focused used vehicle with a lot of everyday practicality.
