What Mercedes-Benz C-Class do most buyers choose?

The Mercedes-Benz C-Class years with the most listings are 2018, 2017, and 2019.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right trim, colour, and equipment mix. They also often sit in the part of the market where pricing and feature content feel especially balanced for used shoppers.

What is the Mercedes-Benz C-Class's resale value?

Most model years are down year over year, which is good news if you want a used C-Class at a lower entry price than before. The sharpest drops are concentrated in newer examples, while a few older years are falling more slowly and one year is moving higher. That creates a wide spread of value opportunities depending on how new you want your C-Class to be.

The 2021, 2018, and 2014 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Mercedes-Benz C-Class safe?

• 2022: 7/10
• 2017: 10/10
