How does the 2022 Lexus IS compare to the 2022 BMW 3 Series?

Our experts score the 2022 Lexus IS 8.2/10 and the 2022 BMW 3 Series 8.7/10. The BMW brings more power, better fuel economy, and a lower average used price, while the Lexus counters with a stronger value proposition for shoppers who want a more distinctive luxury sports sedan. The Lexus also has fewer listings than the BMW, so the 3 Series gives you more inventory to shop from.
