Used 2024 Lexus IS for SaleNationwide

How much does the 2024 Lexus IS cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 79 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers to compare.

Is the 2024 Lexus IS a good car?

The 2024 Lexus IS stands out as a compact luxury sports sedan that appeals to buyers who want a fun-to-drive feel in an entry-level Lexus package. It is especially suited to young professionals or drivers who rarely carry passengers, and it offers a strong mix of standard luxury and safety equipment.

Its compact proportions, sharp styling, and well-equipped cabin give it a clear identity if you want a smaller luxury sedan with a sporty character. The trade-offs are that the back seat is really tight, cargo space is limited, and fuel economy is poor.

With 16.5% of listings priced as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Lexus IS reliable?

The 2024 Lexus IS has a reputation for being reliable, which helps explain why used examples tend to hold their value well. That makes it appealing if you want a luxury sedan that balances style and everyday dependability.

For used buyers, that reputation can reduce long-term ownership risk compared with many other sporty luxury sedans, especially if you plan to keep the car for several years.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Lexus IS?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without expecting deep discounts across the board.

• Deal availability: 16.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 79 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $45,780 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Lexus IS's resale value?

The current average of $49,452 CAD sits slightly above last year's $49,444 CAD.

That small increase suggests the 2024 Lexus IS is holding its value well in the used market. If you buy one and keep it in good condition, you can reasonably expect it to remain relatively resilient at resale time. For a future seller, that stability is a positive sign because it points to steady demand rather than sharp depreciation.

Should I buy a 2024 Lexus IS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 16.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the current-year version of the Lexus IS with stable pricing and a clear value proposition, the 2024 is the straightforward choice. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may give you a lower entry point while still delivering the same compact luxury-sedan formula.
