Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport?

This looks like a selective buyer's market: there is room to negotiate, but the best-priced examples may move quickly.

• Deal availability: 26.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 203 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 21.41% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $45,749 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport's resale value?

The current average of $45,749 CAD sits slightly below last year's $58,216 CAD.

That lower average suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favourable entry point. If you plan to sell later, your resale outcome will depend heavily on how well the vehicle holds its condition and how much further the market shifts. For now, the pricing trend points to a model that may be easier to buy than to count on for strong short-term appreciation.

Should I buy a 2025 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 26.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 21.41% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $40,964 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $45,749 CAD average.
• It adds a refreshed look and more standard features.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market value signal and are comfortable shopping the 2025 carefully, it makes sense to focus there. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2024 is the better secondary path and may deliver more value for the money.
