Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport?

Now is a moderate time to buy if you are selective and willing to compare listings closely.

• Deal availability: 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 202 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.78% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $45,415 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport's resale value?

The current average of $45,415 CAD sits slightly below last year's $57,329 CAD.

That price movement suggests the model has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means future sellers may face more competition when they go to list. If you buy near the current average, your resale position will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. For a future seller, the softer market means pricing competitively will matter more than it did a year ago.

Should I buy a 2025 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.78% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $40,194 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $45,415 CAD average.
• The 2024 adds a significant refresh with more standard features.

The 2025 makes sense if you want the current-year market and are focused on deal availability. If your priority is stretching your budget, the 2024 is the better value path because it costs less while still delivering the refreshed package.
