Used 2025 Toyota Corolla for Sale nearLondon, ON

How much does the 2025 Toyota Corolla cost?

Prices have softened 12.56% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 351 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Corolla a good car?

It is a solid pick if you want a straightforward compact car that balances affordability, reliability, and useful technology, and the user rating is 3/5 while our experts rate it 7.00/10.

The standout strength is Safety at 8/10.

The Corolla’s appeal is strongest if you value a comfortable daily driver with modern infotainment and standard advanced safety features, plus a driving experience that is more enjoyable than its plain reputation suggests. The trade-offs are that it can be noisy and its stereo is lacking, so it is less convincing if you want a quiet cabin or strong audio quality.

With 34.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is enough market flexibility to find a worthwhile example if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Toyota Corolla reliable?

The 2025 Corolla leans on Toyota’s long-standing reputation for reliability, and its mechanical simplicity should help keep ownership straightforward over time. The gas-only model uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine paired with a CVT, and the review notes that the setup is engineered to be dependable and affordable to own over time.

Toyota also backs it with a three-year/60,000-kilometre basic warranty and a five-year/100,000-kilometre powertrain warranty, which helps reduce early ownership risk. For used buyers, the main long-term concern is less about complexity and more about whether the car has been maintained properly and whether you are comfortable with its noisy, economy-first character.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Corolla?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Corolla is simple and affordable, but the LE adds blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and safe exit assist, which are meaningful upgrades if you want more everyday convenience and confidence.
• Powertrain: Every gas-only Corolla sold in Canada uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with 169 horsepower and a Dynamic Shift CVT, and the review says it is adequate rather than class-leading. It is efficient enough for daily use, but hard acceleration can bring out a drone from the drivetrain.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard and includes forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, lane centring assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beam headlights, and road sign recognition. Blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and safe exit assist are not standard on the base trim.
• Infotainment: The Corolla can be had with a 10.5-inch touchscreen in XSE trim, and it includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Toyota also offers connected services, including Safety Connect standard on every Corolla, while Drive Connect and Remote Connect are available on higher trims.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada rates the gas-only Corolla at 6.7–6.8 L/100 km combined, depending on trim.

Which 2025 Toyota Corolla trim should I buy?

The 2025 Toyota Corolla is offered in 2 trim levels: LE and XSE.

Here's the short version:

• LE: This is the trim to focus on if you want the best value, because it adds blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and safe exit assist over the base setup without pushing you into the highest-priced version.
• XSE: This is the trim for you if you want the most technology, including the larger 10.5-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the more premium connected-services experience.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard across the lineup, while blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and safe exit assist arrive on the LE trim one level up from base.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Corolla?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 351 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.56% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $27,385 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Corolla's resale value?

The current average of $27,418 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,357 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Corolla has become more attractive to used buyers, which can make it a little tougher for future sellers to command top dollar. If you own one, strong reliability and broad appeal should still help support resale value, but the current market is clearly softer than it was a year ago. For a future seller, that means condition, mileage, and trim choice will matter more when it comes time to list.

Is the 2025 Toyota Corolla safe?

The 2025 Corolla earns five-star ratings in all crash tests from NHTSA, along with a four-star rollover resistance rating, and the IIHS named it a 2024 Top Safety Pick.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard on every Corolla and includes forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, lane centring assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beam headlights, and road sign recognition. Blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and safe exit assist are not standard, but they come on the LE trim one level up from base.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Corolla or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.56% compared with last year.
• The 2025 stands out for its strong reliability reputation, modern infotainment, and standard advanced safety features.

The bottom line: The 2025 Corolla makes the most sense if you want a well-rounded used compact car with a softer price trend and the latest mix of safety and technology. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may still be worth comparing, but the 2025 is the better choice when you want the freshest version of this formula without moving up to a newer generation.
