Used 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS for Sale nearEdmonton, AB

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS a good car?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS is a strong choice if you want the roomiest vehicle in Mercedes-Benz’s lineup, with three rows of seating for six or seven people and up to 2,400 litres of cargo space. It is positioned as a midsize SUV that blends S-Class-like comfort and space with some off-road capability, so it makes the most sense if you want a family-focused luxury haulier rather than a traditional large SUV.

For 2025, it also adds a fingerprint scanner as standard on all trims, plus new exterior and interior colours through the Manufaktur Signature range. The buying guide also points to comfortable ride quality, premium interior materials, and easy-to-use technology as key strengths.

There are a few trade-offs to keep in mind. The AMG Line Package can impede entry and exit, and third-row access and touch-sensing controls are less appealing. Even so, the GLS’s combination of serious cabin space, a high-end interior, and broad luxury appeal gives it a clear identity.

18.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there is at least some value in the market if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS reliable?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS is presented as a comfort-first luxury SUV with premium interior materials and easy-to-use technology, which supports its appeal as a refined daily driver. Its roominess and upscale cabin are central to its value proposition, especially if you want a three-row Mercedes that feels more like a luxury family vehicle than a rugged SUV.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a large, feature-rich luxury SUV can be costly to keep in top condition over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 18.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

Consider the 2024 if:

• It adds refreshed styling, more standard equipment, and updated infotainment.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It brings a much richer standard equipment list and more safety technology.

The bottom line: The 2025 GLS is the right path if you want the latest version of this three-row luxury SUV and you find a well-priced example. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2024 is worth a look for its refreshed updates, while the 2026 is the better choice if you want the most equipment and are willing to pay for it.
