Used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe for Sale near Vanderhoof, BC

How much does the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe cost?

Prices have softened 15.93% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 125 listings available, which suggests you should have some room to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe earns a 4/5 user rating and a 6.3/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

The 2025 Wrangler 4xe stands out most clearly in Willys ’41 Special Edition form, with its heritage-themed styling, plug-in hybrid powertrain, and easy-to-use technology. It is aimed at you if you want a Wrangler that leans hard into image and off-road character rather than everyday polish.

The trade-offs are clear: it is noisy, the interior materials feel cheap, and advanced safety features are not standard. The 37.6% good-or-great deal share suggests there are at least some attractive listings if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Wrangler 4xe’s plug-in hybrid setup is built around a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, two electric motors, and a 17.3-kWh battery pack. In regular use, that can help you reduce fuel use if you plug in consistently, and the powertrain can deliver strong performance when the battery is charged.

Jeep also says you can recharge the battery in 12 hours from a standard household outlet, or in 2.5 hours with a Level 2 home charger. If you use it mainly for short trips and charge it regularly, ownership should be more rewarding than if you treat it like a conventional SUV.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the Wrangler 4xe only makes financial sense if you actually plug it in often; otherwise, the higher purchase price can be harder to justify.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Willys ’41 Special Edition adds exclusive ’41 paint, 17-inch aluminium wheels styled like steelies, a tan soft-top roof, steel front and rear bumpers, 33-inch all-terrain tyres, Heritage Tan cloth seats, and an Olive Drab cloth dashboard insert. It is the most distinctive version if you want the heritage look, but the cabin still feels raw and unrefined.
• Powertrain: The plug-in hybrid system uses a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, two electric motors, and a 17.3-kWh battery pack. It can provide an estimated 35 kilometres of electric-only driving range, and it is most worthwhile if you plan to recharge regularly.
• Safety package: Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control are standard on all trim levels. The optional Active Safety Group adds automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors, but it requires the Convenience Group as well.
• Infotainment: Every Wrangler 4xe comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, Uconnect 5, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Navigation is not offered on the Willys ’41, and a wireless charger is not available.
• Fuel efficiency: Jeep says the Wrangler 4xe averages 11.7 L/100 km in combined driving once the battery reaches minimum charge. In testing, it returned 7.6 L/100 km over a short electric-assisted run and 11.7 L/100 km over a longer loop.

Which 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe trim should I buy?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe is offered in 5 trim levels: Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport S: This is the entry point if you want the plug-in hybrid Wrangler experience at the lowest price, but you should expect the fewest extras and the same basic Wrangler roughness.
• Willys: This is the best-value choice for most shoppers because it adds the heritage-themed look and sits in the middle of the lineup without pushing you into the pricier upper trims.
• Sahara: Choose this if you want a more upscale step up from the Willys and are willing to pay more for it.
• Rubicon: This is the trim to target if off-road capability matters most to you and you want a more serious trail-focused setup.
• Rubicon X: Pick this if you want the most expensive, most fully equipped version in the range.

Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control are standard on all trim levels, while the Active Safety Group remains optional and requires the Convenience Group.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe?

The market looks moderate and selective, so you can shop with some confidence if you know what equipment you want.

• Deal availability: 37.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 125 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.93% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $61,308 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe's resale value?

The current average of $61,308 CAD sits slightly below last year's $72,925 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside for a future seller. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may be better positioned than someone who paid closer to the previous-year average. The Wrangler 4xe’s niche appeal should still support demand among shoppers who want a plug-in hybrid off-roader.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe safe?

The 2025 Wrangler 4xe earns a mediocre three-star rating for rollover resistance from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and it provides its driver no better than three-star protection in a frontal impact.

It earns a 3/10 safety score from our experts.

Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control are standard on all trim levels. If you want more, the optional Active Safety Group adds automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors, but Jeep only offers it if you also buy the Convenience Group.

That safety setup is a weak point for used buyers, especially if you want a Wrangler for year-round driving in poor weather or busy traffic.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 37.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.93% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• The 2025 stands out for its Willys ’41 Special Edition heritage styling and plug-in hybrid powertrain.

The bottom line: If you want the latest version with the Willys ’41 special-edition appeal and you can take advantage of the lower pricing trend, the 2025 is the better path. If you are mainly shopping on price, keep an eye out for the best-equipped listing rather than paying extra for appearance alone.
