Used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe for Sale nearDSL de Drummond, NB

How much does the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe cost?

Prices have softened 15.40% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 124 listings available, which suggests a reasonable amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe earns 4/5 from users and 6.3/10 from our experts. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

The 2025 Wrangler 4xe stands out most clearly in Willys ’41 Special Edition form, with its heritage-inspired styling, plug-in hybrid powertrain, and easy-to-use technology. It is best suited to you if you want a Wrangler that leans into image and off-road character rather than everyday polish.

The trade-offs are clear: it is noisy, the interior materials feel cheap, and advanced safety features are not standard. The 39.5% good-or-great deal share suggests there are still some attractive listings if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Wrangler 4xe’s plug-in hybrid setup is built around a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, two electric motors, and a 17.3-kWh battery pack. That combination can work well if you plug in regularly, and it can deliver strong efficiency for short local trips.

Jeep also says you can recharge the battery in 12 hours from a standard household outlet, or in 2.5 hours with a Level 2 home charger. If you use it mostly as intended and keep up with charging, ownership should be more rewarding than if you treat it like a conventional SUV.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the Wrangler 4xe becomes less efficient and less financially sensible if you do not recharge it consistently.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Willys ’41 Special Edition adds exclusive ’41 paint, 17-inch aluminium wheels styled like steelies, a tan soft-top roof, steel front and rear bumpers, 33-inch all-terrain tyres, Heritage Tan cloth seats, and an Olive Drab cloth dashboard insert. It is the most distinctive version, but the cabin still keeps the Wrangler’s hard-plastic, easy-to-clean character.
• Powertrain: You are looking at a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder plug-in hybrid system with two electric motors and a 17.3-kWh battery pack. It is strongest if you plan to plug it in regularly and use the electric range for short trips.
• Safety package: Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control are standard. The optional Active Safety Group adds automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors, but it requires the Convenience Group as well.
• Infotainment: Every Wrangler 4xe gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, wireless Apple CarPlay, and wireless Android Auto. Navigation is not offered on the Willys ’41, and there is no wireless charger.
• Fuel efficiency: Jeep says the Wrangler 4xe can travel an estimated 35 kilometres on electricity, and it averages 11.7 L/100 km in combined driving once the battery is depleted. In testing, it returned 7.6 L/100 km over a short electric-assisted run and 11.7 L/100 km over a longer loop.

Which 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe trim should I buy?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe is offered in 5 trim levels: Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport S: This is the entry point if you want the plug-in hybrid Wrangler experience at the lowest price, but you should expect the least equipment of the group.
• Willys: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it sits in the middle of the lineup and adds the heritage-focused look that makes the 4xe stand out.
• Sahara: Choose this if you want a more upscale step up from the middle trims without going all the way to the most off-road-focused versions.
• Rubicon: This is the better pick if your priority is off-road capability and you want a more serious trail-oriented setup.
• Rubicon X: This is the top-end choice if you want the most equipment and are willing to pay for it.

The safety package note to keep in mind is that the optional Active Safety Group requires the Convenience Group as well.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient.

• Deal availability: 39.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 124 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.40% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $61,691 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe's resale value?

The current average of $61,691 CAD sits slightly below last year's $72,925 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help future buyers but may limit upside for a seller who paid closer to the higher end. If you buy well now, you may have less depreciation pressure than someone who bought when prices were stronger.

The Wrangler 4xe’s unique plug-in hybrid setup and strong owner satisfaction can help support demand over time. Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe safe?

The 2025 Wrangler 4xe earns a mediocre three-star rating for rollover resistance from NHTSA, and it provides its driver no better than three-star protection in a frontal impact.

It earns a 3/10 safety score from our experts.

Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control are standard on all trim levels. If you want more, the optional Active Safety Group adds automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors, but you must also buy the Convenience Group to get it.

Safety is one of the Wrangler 4xe’s weakest areas, so if protection and driver assistance matter most to you, this is not the strongest choice.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 39.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.40% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• The Willys ’41 Special Edition gives this year a distinctive heritage look and keeps the Wrangler 4xe’s plug-in hybrid appeal front and centre.

The bottom line: If you want the most distinctive version of the Wrangler 4xe and you can use the plug-in hybrid system regularly, the 2025 model is the one to target. If you are mainly shopping on price, keep an eye on lower-priced listings and be selective about trim and equipment.
