How much does the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee cost?

Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee earns a 5/5 user rating, which lines up with its blend of everyday SUV polish and Jeep’s off-road capability. It offers a more luxury-leaning design, standard four-wheel drive in Canada, and a wide spread of available 4WD systems, so you can shop for a version that fits your needs. If you want a refined midsize SUV that still keeps serious trail ability in play, this model year fits that brief well. 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Grand Cherokee is built around a familiar 3.6-litre V6 and an eight-speed automatic, and the model’s broad trim spread means you can choose a simpler version or a more upscale one. The overview also points to high upkeep costs, so reliability for a used buyer is as much about maintenance history and condition as it is about the badge on the grille. For long-term ownership, you should budget carefully and inspect service records closely before you commit.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 393 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.43% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $56,416 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee's resale value?

The current average of $56,416 CAD sits slightly below last year's $65,932 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit short-term upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the key will be keeping the vehicle in strong condition and staying on top of maintenance, since buyers in this segment tend to compare equipment, capability, and overall presentation closely. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.43% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2026 if:

• A new turbo-four engine and updated styling add a fresher feel.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the stronger value story and a broad used-market selection right now. If you’re price-sensitive, the 2025 is the better path; if you want the newest update and can live with a different powertrain mix, the 2026 is worth a look.
