Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee earns a 5/5 user rating, and it backs that up with a blend of everyday luxury and genuine off-road ability. You get standard four-wheel drive in Canada, a wide spread of equipment, and a premium-leaning cabin on higher trims, so it can suit both daily driving and more adventurous use. The model’s broad trim range also means you can shop from basic versions to far more luxurious ones, depending on your needs. 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to find value if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Grand Cherokee is still very new, so many used examples should remain under warranty, which can reduce early ownership risk. For used buyers, that newer-age advantage matters because it can help limit surprise repair exposure while you shop.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy without expecting deep discounts on every listing.

• Deal availability: 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 421 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.04% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $56,433 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee's resale value?

The current average of $56,433 CAD sits slightly below last year's $65,651 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more affordably now, but it also means future resale values may depend heavily on how well the market absorbs this model year. If prices stay near the current level, a seller may face more competition from similarly equipped listings. Strong equipment and desirable trims should still help support demand, especially for shoppers who want premium features and capability in one SUV. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.04% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2026 if:

• A new turbo-four engine and updated cabin tech modernise the SUV.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the strongest mix of current pricing, proven appeal, and broad trim choice. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2025 is still the better shopping target, while the 2026 makes sense if you want the refreshed powertrain and updated interior features.
