Used 2025 Hyundai Palisade for Sale nearBaie-Comeau, QC

How much does the 2025 Hyundai Palisade cost?

Prices have softened 16.21% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 399 listings available, which suggests you should have some room to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade a good car?

Yes — you’re looking at a 5/5 user-rated SUV with an expert rating of 9/10. The standout strength is Form and function at 10/10.

The Palisade is Hyundai’s largest SUV, and it’s aimed squarely at you if you want a roomy, family-oriented alternative in the midsize three-row SUV class. It has aged remarkably well, and its styling, technology, and packaging have all been steadily improved since launch.

The current market also shows 35.3% of listings as good or great deals, which is a healthy sign if you’re shopping carefully.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Palisade’s overall package supports confidence for used buyers: it combines a strong warranty, a refined V6 powertrain, and a well-developed family-SUV layout. The powertrain is described as smooth and refined in operation, and the SUV has held up remarkably well for its age.

Hyundai also includes a five-year/100,000-kilometre standard and powertrain warranty with roadside assistance, plus three years of Bluelink connected services for Canadian owners. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that this is the outgoing generation, so you’ll want to be sure the specific vehicle’s condition and equipment suit your needs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Hyundai Palisade?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Preferred trim already has a clean, modern, and uplevel look and feel, while higher trims add premium leather, metal speaker grilles, and other luxury cues. If you want the most upscale cabin, the top trims are the ones to target.
• Powertrain: Every Palisade uses a 3.8-litre V6 with 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic and standard all-wheel drive in Canada. It’s smooth and refined, but it isn’t especially fuel-efficient.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, intersection turning assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and Highway Driving Assist. The Urban trim adds front parking sensors, a surround-view camera, and Blind Spot View Monitor, while Ultimate Calligraphy adds evasive steering assist, lane-change assist functions, automatic braking when parking, and Remote Smart Parking Assist.
• Infotainment: You get a 12.3-inch digital driver display and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto require a cable, so wireless smartphone integration is not part of the setup.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada lists combined consumption at 11.1 L/100 km, and our test loop returned 11.9 L/100 km overall.

Which 2025 Hyundai Palisade trim should I buy?

The 2025 Hyundai Palisade is offered in 4 trim levels: Preferred, Urban, Ultimate Calligraphy, and Ultimate Calligraphy Night Edition.

Here's the short version:

• Preferred: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the Palisade’s upscale design, roomy family focus, and standard safety suite. It makes sense if you want the core experience without paying for extra luxury features.
• Urban: This is the best-value trim if you want more everyday convenience, because it adds front parking sensors, a surround-view camera, and Blind Spot View Monitor.
• Ultimate Calligraphy: This is the one to choose if you want the most premium feel, with luxury touches plus evasive steering assist, lane-change assist functions, automatic braking when parking, and Remote Smart Parking Assist.
• Ultimate Calligraphy Night Edition: Choose this if you want the top-end look and equipment with a darker appearance theme.

The standard safety package is already strong, but the Urban and Ultimate Calligraphy trims add meaningful driver-assistance and parking upgrades.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Hyundai Palisade?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 399 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.21% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $48,421 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade's resale value?

The current average of $48,421 CAD sits slightly below last year's $57,790 CAD.

That softer pricing can work in your favour if you’re buying now, but it also means future sellers may need to be realistic about where the market has settled. If you keep the vehicle in strong condition and choose a well-equipped trim, you should be better positioned when it’s time to sell. Demand should remain supported by the Palisade’s family-friendly layout and upscale feel.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade safe?

The Palisade earns a Top Safety Pick from IIHS through 2024, but a Poor result in a newer moderate overlap frontal-impact test kept it from repeating that honour in 2025.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Hyundai equips it with a broad standard safety suite that includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, intersection turning assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and Highway Driving Assist. The HDA system combines adaptive cruise control with lane-centring assist to create a hands-on highway driving aid.

There are a couple of caveats to keep in mind. The lane-keeping assist system was not especially well liked in typical driving, and the 2025 crash-test picture is weakened by that Poor IIHS result.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Palisade or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.21% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It’s the outgoing generation, but it still feels well rounded and remains more appealing than many rivals.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $43,313 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $48,421 CAD average.
• It offers upscale materials, thoughtful amenities, and strong value for money.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It’s a redesigned version with multiple powertrain options and a better ride quality.
• It’s positioned as a stronger all-around choice for buyers who want the newest Palisade.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of current pricing and proven appeal, the 2025 is still a smart target. If you’re focused on saving money, the 2024 is the value play. If you’d rather wait for the redesigned version, the 2026 is the upgrade path.
